Reserving a suite at Boardwalk is easy! Simply visit our office to get started (see contact info); or save time with our online application packet. Print it out application then fill in the blanks and mail the completed forms with your initial leasing fees. That's it! We will contact you upon receipt of your application.

Please note that the Lease Guaranty form has to be notarized, and your initial leasing fees enclosed, for us to reserve your suite and process your application. Initial costs are Application Fee $35 and Move-in fee $100. The security deposit is $225. You will have to provide one check or money order for the application and move in fees (total $135), and a separate check or money order for the security deposit ($225) which is deposited into a separate escrow account. Please make payment out to "Riverwind Apartments." We look forward to serving you.

1. Lease Application
   This form is your application to lease a suite at Boardwalk
2. Wait List Agreement
   This form identifies your room and floor location preferences
3. Roommate Matching Profile
   This brief form will help Boardwalk staff match you with compatible roommates if you do not already have roommates chosen
4. Lease Guaranty
   This form requests information about the guarantor, the person who will be ultimately responsible for the payment of lease fees and fulfillment of lease contract. In the absence of established credit by resident, guarantor is usually a parent or legal guardian
