Q: Do you have to be a student to live here?
A: No, we are predominantly a student community, however it is not a requirement.

Q: What is included in the rent?
A: EVERYTHING! Electric, water, sewer, cable, high speed internet and unlimited local telephone (private line in each room).

Q: Do I have to bring my own roommates? How do I find roommates?
A: No, we have a professional and personalized roommate matching service available FREE of charge.

Q: What if I have problems with my roommates, Can I move to another apartment?
A: Yes, however; there is a transfer fee due at the time of your move.

Q: Can we bring our own DVD to watch in the Movie Theatre?
A: Absolutely, providing there is not another movie playing at that time.

Q: Can we use the clubhouse late at night?
A: Yes, the clubhouse is a manned facility that is open until 2 A.M., 7 days a week. You can watch a movie, use the computers, work out or enjoy the game room.

Q: Is there security?
A: Riverwind is a gated community with video monitoring of the front gate from your own television. There are alarms in every apartment, panic buttons in every bedroom and video surveillance cameras in several areas surrounding the property.

Q: How far to Campus?
A: We are just under two miles from the UCF campus on Alafaya Trail. Check out the map!

Q: If my roommate moves out or does not pay rent does that effect my lease?
A: Absolutely NOT. Each and every lease is individual. You are only responsible for your lease. Also, you will not be responsible for finding a replacement should any of the bedrooms become vacant.

Q: I have a full-time job, do my parents still have to sign a guarantor form?
A: Yes. All of our leases are required to have a parental Guaranty form signed and notarized before being approved to move in.
